We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are somewhere else, write to us and we will see what we can do.

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. It also appears on your order page, which you can open from the link in your confirmation email or, if you have an account, from Your account.

Write to us as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders in one place.

Unworn items with their tags can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. Exchanges for a different size or colour are open for 60 days. The full steps are on the returns page.

We confirm that we have received your return within 2 business days, and process the refund within 5–7 business days after that. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Measure yourself with the steps on the size guide and compare with the chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest the larger one for a more comfortable fit.

Our beanies are one size.

At checkout you pay on Stripe's secure payment page, which shows the payment methods available to you. Your card details go to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is shown on the payment page before you pay.
