How to measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, wearing a relaxed shirt. Keep the tape parallel to the ground and comfortably snug, not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, usually at belly-button level. Keep the tape relaxed: you should be able to slide a finger under it.
Sleeve
Measure from the centre of the back of your neck, across the shoulder and down to your wrist. Bend your arm slightly for an accurate reading.
Between two sizes? We suggest the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
