Returns

If you are not happy with something, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To be returned, an item must be:

• in its original, unworn condition,
• with all tags attached,
• returned within 30 days of purchase, and
• accompanied by your order number or another proof of purchase.

How to return something

1. Write to us at info_business@corriesells.site with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We send you a return authorization number and a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the items, attach the label and send them back.
4. We confirm that we have received them within 2 business days, and process your refund within 5–7 business days after that.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are free within 60 days of purchase. Write to us with your order number and what you would like instead.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us as soon as you can with a photo, and we will put it right.
