Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from CORRIESELLS ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may browse and buy for your own personal use. Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or probe its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You can check out without an account.

Products and prices

We do our best to show our products, colours and prices accurately. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real thing. Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is shown before you pay. If we find a mistake in a price or description after you order, we will tell you and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your payment and email you a confirmation, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own payment page; we never see your card details.

Delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates, not promises. Customs duties or import taxes on orders to Canada are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

You can return or exchange items as described on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the law gives you.

Our content

The CORRIESELLS name, the cowrie emblem, and the photographs, text and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking first.

What we do and do not promise

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Courts in Alabama have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.
