Privacy policy

This policy explains what CORRIESELLS ("we", "us") does with your personal information when you visit this website, create an account, place an order or contact us. We are based at 29396 AL Highway 71, Higdon, AL 35979, USA. You can reach us at info_business@corriesells.site.

What we collect, and why

Information	Why we need it
Account details: your name and email address, a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form), an optional phone number and whether you want emails about new pieces. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.	To create your account, keep it secure, and show you your orders.
Order details: the items you buy, your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, the amounts, and confirmation from Stripe that you paid. We never receive your full card number.	To deliver your order, send confirmations, give you support, handle returns, and keep the financial records the law requires.
Messages: what you write in the contact form, and your email address if you join our email list.	To reply to you, and to send news of new pieces if you asked for it.
Security information: your IP address and browser type when you sign in or submit a form.	To stop abuse, limit repeated attempts, and spot unusual sign-ins. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of companies to run the shop. They only get what they need to do their job, and they handle it under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe processes payments and collects your delivery address on its secure payment page.
• Vercel hosts this website, and Cloudflare hosts the database that stores accounts and orders.
• Hostinger provides the email service that sends you confirmations and delivers your messages to us.
• Google provides sign-in with Google and the reCAPTCHA check that tells people from bots on our forms. reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Delivery carriers receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

Cookies and local storage

We use only the cookies and browser storage the site needs to work. They are listed on the cookies page.

How long we keep it

• Account details: until you ask us to delete your account.
• Order records: as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
• Messages: as long as needed to deal with them.
• Sign-in sessions: until they expire or you sign out. Records used to limit repeated attempts are kept for a few minutes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of emails about new pieces at any time. Write to info_business@corriesells.site and we will reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the time the law allows. We may need to confirm that the request really comes from you. You can change your name, phone number and email preferences yourself under Your account.

We keep some order records even after you delete your account where the law requires it.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it and to correct it, and not to be treated differently for using those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. If you live in Canada, you can ask to see and correct your personal information, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, payments go through Stripe, and access to our systems is limited. No online service can promise perfect security, so please choose a strong password and keep it to yourself.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Where your information is processed

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site you understand that your information may be transferred to places with different data protection laws than where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and where the change matters, tell you by email.
